Terms and conditions
Article 1 - GENERAL

Cbra Designs is an activity of Cbra Systems, Petrus Hendrikszstraat 66, 9714 EJ Groningen.
1.2
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
11.3
By customer is understood every visitor, both natural and legal, who places an order via the website.
11.4
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
Article 2 - ORDER AND DELIVERY
12.1
All prices on the www.cbra.systems website are in euros and exclusive of shipping costs. Cbra Systems is exempt from VAT under the Small Business Scheme 2020.
12.2.
The amount of the shipping costs is stated on the website and will be communicated to the customer in advance.
12.3
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from us within 2 working days with a confirmation and the amount to be paid including shipping. If you have not received a confirmation email within this period, your order has not been received and we request that you contact us.
12.4
If one or more articles are not in stock, we will inform you in good time. You can then choose to cancel these items or leave them on backorder. Backorders are delivered without additional shipping costs.
12.5
All payments must be made in advance to our bank account at the Rabobank; the bank details are provided by Cbra Systems to the customer with the e-mail confirmation of the order. Due to the high costs, no items will be sent COD.
12.6
After receipt of your payment, the ordered items will be shipped to the address you specified within 3 working days. Shipping usually takes place via PostNL; A parcel service is used for larger parcels.
12.7
If your payment is not received by us within 7 working days after ordering, your order will be canceled by us.
12.8
You will receive a specified invoice with your order.
12.9
If one or more of the ordered items do not meet your wishes, you can inform us by telephone or e-mail up to 5 working days after receipt of the order. After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will refund the relevant amount including the shipping costs (in weight of the return shipment) to the bank account specified by you within 5 working days. The costs for returning the items are at the expense of the customer.
